Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Our refund policy is 7 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To return an item, please WhatsApp or call customer service at 9101963278 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to schedule a return pickup. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase(invoice):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at 9101693278.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your debit/credit card company. We will notify you by email/WhatsApp when your return has been processed.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally procure and ship the items within one or two business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):
‘In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/Whatsapp/Call, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
